Subject:Help with an old painting

I am having trouble getting started on figuring out the age and origins of what appears to be a fairly old painting on paper.
It is sealed in glass front and back and the card inside the glass is from wah cheong art gallery in Hong Kong.
Any help would be appreciated

呂壽琨　　- Lü Shòukūn
Upper seal,
呂壽琨印　-　Seal of Lü Shòukūn
Lower seal,
Illegible

Lu Shoukun 呂壽琨　1919-1975
Born in Guangzhou. His father was a painter and run a painting shop in Guangzhou. Learned painting from his father. Moved to Hong Kong in 1948.From 1962 served as a consultant for the Hong Kong Museum of Art.In 1971 he was awarded MBE of the Queen of England.
