I have two Ink paintings (maybe chinese) with a signature.
Could you tell me if these signatures are telling something about the painting?

The pictures are Japanese,
Signature,
荻浦　-　Tekiho
Upper seal,
荻　　-　Teki
Lower seal,
浦　　- Ho

Imoto Tekiho 井元荻浦　1909-？
Born in Oita prefecture. Studied Nanga style landscape painting under Dōmoto Inshō at Kyōto City University of Arts. Exhibited at the 1st Prince Shōtoku Supporting Art Exhibition (1926) and subsequently in Berlin and Paris.
