商山四老僊　　　-　Four hermits on Mt. Shangshan
仙伺雲深處天境　-　Hermits paying a vist to the deep fog shrouded Heaven
於聞聲亭　　　　-　(Painted) at the Hearing of Sounds Pavilion
(by)
The seals of artist are illegible.

I think it is about 100 years old.
