癸卯七月 - In July of the Year of Water-Rabbit (..1843,1903..)
西囗山晨 - Xī囗shān at morning
張儁先冩 - Painted by Zhāng Jùnxiān
Seal,
儁先冩之 - This was painted by Jùnxiān

Unidentifiable painter,

The material is woven silk. Because raw silk is non-absorbent it needs to be treated in a process
called sizing. A solution of glue and alum is used to make ink and pigments to stick to the silk.
A square white layer of pigment was applied to the back side at the seal for better clarity.

With regards,
I.Nagy
