Subject:Chinese Shou? writing on antique dragon table. Translation and age

Good morning and best wishes. I have a fabulous antique heavenly carved Chinese dragon table which has writing on it. It has a faux bamboo rim. It is much darker than shown in the photos. I hope that a kind colleague may be help with translation. Also some idea of its age and where it was carved. kind regards Bridget

Nice little table you have posted.
It's a 20th century example. Possibly chinese straits Island made. They were akin to making these very fancy tables from the 19th century onwards.
The older ones are now very sought after and desirable. etc.
