Hi All,
Hoping to learn the name of the artist for this very nicely painted kogo w/its butterfly and floral pattern and light gold highlights on the lid. The artist's mark in gold against the bronze ground is found on the foot

Marking reads,

was the name of a workshop in Kyoto producing Satsuma ware for US export from Meji to early Showa.
