Subject:Need help with scripts translations on 6 piece Famille Rose tea set

Please, if someone could assist with translations.
Also if you can assist with artist markings.
The bottom marks suggests possibly that it is a mid 1970-80's make of a 6 piece tea set. The cups all have the same scripts but the painting on each cup has variations to it. If you know anymore about these items would be appreciated.

幸片清心 - A happy piece of pure heart
Cup,
風日晴和　-　Breezy day warm and fine
(Citation from the novel "A Dream of red Mansions"

Starting seal,
中　-　Zhong　(China)
Upper seal,
（工）-　Gong - Craftman
Lower seal,
Unfortunateley I can't decipher it.
Probably the surname of artist
