The vase bears the mark Hongxian (Yuan Shikai). He was a self proclaimed emperor in 1915. His rule only lasted for about 60 days.
A lot of controversy exists as to whether or not any genuine imperial works commissioned actually exist. Since his so-called reign was very short. I personally think there are none in existence.
Porcelain made bearing this mark existed from about the 1920's onwards. It still being used today.
Your vase is in my opinion an example from the later 20th century.
Its decorative value only.
Regards,
Mark@imperial

Your double-gourd vase has a standard
character base-mark of "Made during the Kangxi Period (Kangxi nian zhi 製). I believe Mark is on firm ground in his assessment of it's age

Best regards,.
