Subject:Help with Translating a Poem on an 18th Century Japanese Porcelain Cup

Hi All,

Hoping for a translation on this one - it appears on several versions of this 18th Century soba choko, and may or may not relate to the fisherman - possibly the sage Taikôbô (Ch. Tai Gongwang), who loved fishing.

大公釣渭圖
風捲釣絲清渭秋
咲迎西伯坐礒頭
白魚未食便収餌
留躍嗣王河上舟
Picture of Taigong's fishing on River Wei
The wind shakes the fishing line on the Wei River in autumn
The Duke of the West* came and sat on the rocks
He caught a white fish without using bait
He even remained on the river boat when he became the king

This is the famous story when the Chinese historical figure named Taigong Wang (Taikobo) met Xibo (Count of the West*, later king Wen of Zhou)
