Subject:Chinese Stoneware Malachite Pattern Teapot Seal Mark

This heavy stoneware teapot with a malachite like pattern to the glaze and a large seal mark to the base with 2 further marks - can anyone please help me identify what these markings are.

Right side oval marking,
范 - Fan
Left side oval marking,
建新　　　- Jianxin

Fan Jianxin 范建新　1976-
Famous contemporary pot-maker in Yixing
