Yet another to be curious about. Thanks for any info you all might wish to share. I noticed the use of bats just wasn't a thing lightly done. Enough felt decent "hand". I don't want to dismiss it being new possibly. Thank you!

It's a late 20th century or subsequent made in China snuff bottle with naively drawn figures compared to Qing-early Republic precedents. I don't have a figural example but have attached a dragon snuff pot from the late 19th-early 20th century which should at least lend a sense of color intensity and brush-painting style.
