Subject:Chinese vase landscape with figures and writing (Republic era?)

Hi,
I bought a pair of 24 inch Chinese vases, and there's some Chinese writing on it--would love to more about it. I can't tell if it was painted or impressed

The images are blurry but I believe it's not Republic period but examples from the 1980's.
