Plaese can you tel me if this dish, is autenthic Mark and period of Guangxu????

This appears to be a late 20th century or subsequent effort to reproduce a Guangxu period dragon-phoenix dish with yellow ground. The colors do not have the brightness and decorative texture of the 19th century palette. See images of one from the Guangxu period that was sold last year by a major auction house. This is a contending dragons dish while yours is dragon-phoenix, but the palette, painting and marks are the only factors at stake in this case.

Oops, I pulled up Daoguang period (1821-50) images but note that such patterns and enameling on Qing imperial wares were generally consistent going back to the Kangxi period (1662-1722).

Next time I’ll try not to work on this stuff right after a dental appointment.

Here's a series of three scans from the book "From the Dragon's Treasure" (Vom Schatz der Drachen), the 1987 auction catalog by Gunhild Avitabile of 19th and 20th century Chinese porcelains from the famous Weishaupt collection. The items shown cover the last three reigns of the Qing dynasty. Note that the bowl of the Guangxu period shows the same palette but treats the dragon's scales in a crosshatch style that came into use during the late 19th century. However the plate from the succeeding Xuantong or "Puyi" period continues the Kangxi look with fully formed scales.

Its inconclusive based on your images. Need to see them in natural lighting. Also the weight and size.
Guangxu period imperial dishes are difficult because the quality deteriorated immensely towards the end of the period.
Unfortunately the ones posted by Bill H are irrelevant because that one is from the Daoguang period and hence the Higher quality.
I have six m&p ones. Different sizes from the Daoguang Guangxu and Xuantong period.
However i am being restricted from Post full size etc etc.
