Hi to all,
Heian Ryokuzan in Japanese. Heian, often used for the makers from Kyoto. Possibly, export satsuma style pottery made by the maker from Awata destrict around the turn of the 20th century. It could be also name of the retailer of that period near Kyoto.
Best Regards,
Emiko
