A Ming bowl from Jingdezhen having the same rounded shape, and tall foot with the everted lip rim character, and without the very neatly formed interior shelf. The example is held in the collection at the British Museum

In the link, as a possible source of inspiration of the general theme of undulating reeds, and “white mist” might be this Cizhou example. The “mist” in the current example extends to a lesser extent to the stems, and is more pronounced on the rounded leaves, while with the Cizhou example the “mist” was applied evenly between the stems and pointed leaves

the only imperfections in the glaze surface are the many tiny dark brown rust spots like what can be seen in this photo. Among the imperfections, there is also a small skip on the base, not shown.
also highlighted, by the nature of the very tiny and runny blue and white splatters which create the all over "mist", an interesting Chinese glaze decoration technique of blowing colors through a rice straw was most likely employed to create the effect

The flat white "glue like" character of the foot w/ "needle sticks" is also highlighted by the photo. The rim bevel is to the outside rather than on the inside (Japanese )
