Subject:Wood Carvings....Chinese?

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out the origine of these carved wood architectural elements. They are fairly large, at approximately 24 inches in length.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I'd start looking in Indonesia, either Java or Bali. The eyes and the teeth and the general visage are in the right oeuvre.
