Subject:Asian carving
Posted By: Christopher E Fri, Jun 16, 2017 IP: 2600:100a:b002:88b0: I was given this large carving (approximately 24"x18") and was wondering how to date things like this without having a signature that can attribute it to a maker. Also, not being an expert on woods was wondering what type these were usually carved from so I'll know the best way to take care of it. Thanks very much.
