Subject:Mark on eggshell porcelain teapot

I acquired a beautiful little eggshell porcelain teapot hand painted with fine detailed, raised enamel decoration of sparrow type birds and flowers. Inside the lid has a 2 character impressed mark and there is a red 3 character mark inside a fan shape on the bottom. I have not been able to find either mark and was looking for some help to identify the maker. Thank you for your time.
