Subject:Mountains and Calligraphy

Is anyone able to translate this extensive calligraphy or to give me some indication of this painting acquired in Japan? Many thanks for your attention.

The text appears to be all in Chinese rather than Japanese. However, the painting is dated Showa 丁卯, which equates to 1927. The date then mentions Kagura which is a Shinto Harvest Festival usually conducted at the Imperial sacred sites.

The artist's family name appears to be 辛田,but I don't know how that is pronounced in Japanese.

Perhaps 1987 instead? The Showa reign lasted 62 years, until 1989
