Attached is a painting certification from a Museum in Shanghai (~10 years ago).
Can someone please help me understand what's written in this paper?
Is there a name of an Artist?

Just so you understand. . I was in Beijing, and was introduced to the owner/manager of a museum, who showed me many items. At the end of this tour he explained, If I would be interested in any of the art work, I could buy it. Everything was for sale.
