I came across this great Asian tile and would love to know more about it. There seems to be information on the back but in characters. I would love any ideas of age, artist, region of origin that anyone has! Thanks in advance!

七宝釉陶額　　Glazed cloisenne picture in frame
京、嵯峨野　　Kyoto, Sagano
佐分村正　　　Saburi Muramasa
(The title of picture which is not indicated,
"Five storied pagoda")
