Posted By: rat Tue, Oct 31, 2017 Am not very familiar with Asian oil painting, but this picture reminds me very much of the sort of items brought back to the US in large numbers by US servicemen stationed in East Asia or involved in the Vietnam war. If so it is unlikely that there is much information about the artist available today.
