Subject:Acquired Painting - Artist Unknown

Good evening to all.
I've acquired the oil painting in my pictures via and estate sale. This lovely painting is on a canvas board and appears to be of a parcel of land that has been destroyed by fire. I believe the artist mark may be in the left corner of the painting. My apologies for the pictures being sideways, but I cannot seem to rotate them once attached. Does anyone possibly know who this artist may be? Any information or guidance is very much appreciated.
