Hoping to find out the origin and artist that produced this porcelain vase. It's fully signed. Has a high gloss glaze with slight crystalline around the neck. Appears to be high quality and beautifully formed. Any help will be greatly appreciated, please excuse the reflection. Thank you in advance

All I can read is the year "2001", which if correct is heartening compared to so many fake date marks on Asian porcelain.
