I was hoping somebody would be able to translate the title/date/seal (artist) from this painting.

雨過天晴　　After rain it`s sunny (Post nubila Phoebus)
定的　　　　Ding Di (Signature)
庚午　一九九0年　夏 Year of Metal Horse (1990)
1990 Year, Summer
Seal reading;
呉定的　　　Wu Ding Di (Full name of painter)

I could`t find artist under this name on Chinese language net.
