Subject:Chinese Painted Fan - 海山幽? 王?

Hi,
I bought this painted fan a few years ago while I was in Japan. Neither the seller nor I knew anything much about it, and I'm really interested to find out what place it might be depicting and who might have made it.
I reckon that it's Chinese and not Japanese, but this is just a guess.
I was able to make out the characters '海山幽' as part of the title on the front, and also the surname Wang in the seal.

I really don't know anything about this, so any info anyone could give me would be really cool :)
