Any Idea on what this Says it’s a painting I think it’s on silk, or it could be rice paper. I’m pushing more towards Silk. Can’t tell its in a framed and I don’t won’t to take it apart. Any info would be helpful.

The signature reads,
西耕　　Xigeng (Probably art-name or courtesy name)
The seal is obscure to read. A close up picture of the
seal would help.

The bold black characters appear to be 西耕 (xi geng), literally "western plowing". Not sure about the red seal.

"Plowing" can have euphemistic connotations when referring to a child's upbringing.
