Reading of signature and seal,
伯玉　　Bo Yu - Could be a courtesy name or art-name.
In the largest Chinese ID dictionary I have found 8
painters with this courtesy or art-names. The youngest among them was from the Ming dynasty. I think your picture is not that old.
