Subject:Can anyone tell me if this is asian pottery or studio

Hi I'm doing a process of elimination, i was wondering if someone might be able to tell me what type of pottery this is. Cobalt blue glaze, its made well and symmetrical. Its hard for me to believe that a amateur could create something as beautiful as this. If it isn't Asian it does resemble Fulper Pottery. Any thoughts and opinions will be greatly appreciated.
