Hello. I spotted this lovely little piece and would like to have much more information on it if you don't mind. Can you tell me what the artist' name reads? Also, what else does it state in the other markings below? I have supplied a few pics including the front (2) and the back, just one. Thank you so much.

Inscription on the picture reads,
山明水秀　-　　Green hills and clear waters (picturesque scenery)
Name seal blurred, illegible - a mass produced tourist
souvenir item.
On the back side label the characters after Article;
are illegibly blurred.
