Hello I have a painting of a Tiger on what appears to be silk. I cannot read the writing to know if it is a signature or what it says. can someone help..thankyou.

氣状山嶽　　-　Strong spirit makes magnificient mountains
癸丑年秋　-　　Year of Water-Buffalo (1973) Autumn
Reading of leisure seal,
吉祥如意　-　Everything goes well
