Subject:mystery strut!
Posted By: Matthew Kapstein Thu, Feb 08, 2018 IP: 128.135.98.107 The wooden strut you see here was sold in New York in about 1965 as "South Indian," which probably it is not. It does not closely resemble Nepalese temple struts with which I am familiar, and I have been unable so far to find anything closely similar. Any suggestions will be most welcome.
