Hello, I hope that someone can identify the seal, painter, time period and translation.

Signature and seal read,
黄愼　-　Huang Shen
Inscriptions are too dim　to read.
Huang Shen (1687-1722) Qing Dynasty painter.
However, from 8 signature samples and 59 seal imprint
samples from Huang Shen in my ID dictionary I could not find these ones. - Needs special attention -

Please, what implies "special attention"? Could be a fake?
I bought all these myself from an old lady in a flea market in Xingang, around 2001.

Yes, it could be fake.
The old ladies in Chinese flea-markets know it very much what they are selling. In China you cannot buy original works from famous Qing dynasty painters. Counterfeiting pictures has always been a lucrative business in China. I hope you did not pay too much for it.

Signature and seal reads alike,
黄愼　　Huang Shen　
One more thing about the signature. The second character is written in the contemporary simplified
way "慎" which was not in use 300 years ago.
Huang Shen has written his signature in cursive script, almost illegibly according to the avalable
signatures.
