五隆　　-　Goryu (Art-name)
Seals,
隆年之印　-　Seal of Ryunen (Art-name)
第五氏　　-　Daigo-shi (Art-name)

Above art-names belong to,
Noro Kaiseki (野呂介石）1747-1828, japanese painter of late Edo priod. His real first name was Ryu/Takashi, painted in the style of South School
"Nanga" - a Chinese influenced painting style.
