Posted By: Bill H Sun, Mar 25, 2018 Gotheborg.com says this type of mark might date to the 1930s (see link). In my opinion, this pattern may date to the early post-WWII period and possibly was used by one of the Hong Kong or Macao factories on transfer-decorated porcelains. |

Perhaps the fact it hasn't been lashed with dirt before firing and that the design is really quite well done makes it older.(Plus the mark). I have stuff from the 1930's so should know a bit better. I find touching the pieces helps me a great deal and obviously from this piece I couldn't get that info. Soz Dennis |
