Hi,
I recently purchased this bronze statue at an estate sale and am looking for as much information as possible! I am looking for age / value...Anything would be helpful! As of now I am aware that it is a Japanese Daruma Signed bronze sculpture - I have had it translated to "Kasetsu-Koko - Engraved by Kasetsu". I have not been able to find any information on the artist... The sculpture appears to be weighted with sand and weighs 4 LBS 8 OZ and measures 9 1/2 Inches X 4 Inches X 3 1/4 Inches. PLEASE HELP!

I have a very similar Japanese Daruma Bronze,
with a different signature under the foot.
Purchased on eBay back in 2010 for US $299.99
Age:1850-1899 Meiji Period
Size:
Height: 27.5 cm / 10.8 inches
Width and Depth: 10 cm / 3.9 inches
Weight: 2.2 kg. / 4.8 lbs
I feel that is what it is still now worth.
