Subject:Japanese cloisonne vase

Is anyone able to help with the mark on this Japanese cloisonne vase please. Very fine work. It has Made in Japan on the metal rim at base plus the central mark as shown plus the same mark repeated on the metal rim opposite the Made in Japan stamp.

That is the mark for the Inaba Cloisonne Company.
