Dated 1911, not clear on the artist's name, the seal reads 景丰氏畫

Signature,
景年畫史　-　Keinen Painter
Seal,
景年氏畫　-　Picture of Master Keinen

Imao Keinen　今尾景年　1845-1924
Japanese painter and print designer.beloged to
Shijo school, was activee from Meiji to Taisho.
Was good in flower and bird paintings, too.
