I know it's legitimately old, but I could use some help on when and who the maker was.Thanks in advance!

Not quite antique yet, as this probably dates from the last quarter of the 20th century.

The mark has been stamped not hand written.

A Google search of Hua Rong Tang will show you a great many works of this company, which may have been in Hong Kong.

Hi, and thank you for the response, mikeoz. There was a bit of an in-family debate about this vase, and also the specific age which I've since conceded.
