I liked the look of this and picked it up for a reasonable price. I'm getting nothing like it on google or bing images. I'm probably not using correct terms. This is slightly inset on something like papyrus. There is a slight gold powder and thread falling off onto the paper one spot on the bottom. Any and all information is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The seal is small and not terribly clear, but the artist appears to be Li ZhuShi 李朱石. 'Vermillion stone' doesn't sound likely, but perhaps a bigger and clearer picture of the seal might help.
