I have submitted pictures of this scroll to 2 different online appraisal sites and neither could provide me any information. Any information is greatly appreciated.

山禽矜逸態梅粉弄輕柔
Mountain birds are moving gently between the twigs, playing softly with plum powder
(Second line missing)
Seals,
石渠寶笈 - Shi-qu-bao-ji - One of Qing court collection seals
養心殿鑑蔵寶 - Seal of Hall of Mental Cultivation's Treasure Collection
etc. - All false seals -

This is an unsigned imitation of the known picture "Plum and Birds" painted and poem written by Emperor Huizong of Song (1082-1135)
Chinese title:
宋徽宗 臘梅山禽 - Song Huizong - Winter Sweet
Flowers and Mountain Birds

Thank you for the information. If I understand correctly, this scroll is just a decorative iteration of one of the many depictions of the known work you cited. Is there any value to the item? I want to resell it and hopefully recoup some of what I spent on this "lesson".
