Subject:Carved Chinese Dragon Figurine

Hello everyone,
I've acquired this carved chinese dragon figurine that appears to be soapstone, but I'm not sure. Also it has a marking that I need help in understanding.Item stands 7" tall and is 6" wide.

Hi everyone, Earlier I created this post seeking any information about this item. I'm not sure of the material, so if anyone has a clue, I welcome the comments.
