日本国京都住駒井製　　- Nippon Koku Kyōto-ju Komai-sei
-　Made by Komai Resident in Kyōto Japan

This is an inlaid work of silver on copper ware by Komai Company. The Komai Company was established in 1853 by Komai Otojirō　and continued to produce Damascene objects, mostly for export market until 1941.
