Subject:japanese reign mark?

Can anyone identify this reign mark? Thank you!

The mark, shown standing on its top right corner, reads down and across from the right in seal script as "Made during the Qianlong Reign of the Great Qing Dynasty" (Da Qing Qian-long nian zhi). Likely contemporary. Certainly not period.

Da Qing QianLong Nian Zhi

Made in the reign of the QianLong Emperor

- except it wasn't!

thanks so much! Could I bother you to look at the ink and paper submission i also uploaded to see if you can make any sense of that mark? It appears to be just 2 characters.

The marking reads,
大清乾隆年製 - Manufactured During the Reign of Qianlong of the Great Qing Dynasty
An apocryphal marking.
