雲髻係未寶靨新
寄語揺臺王母道
唯在掩面避芳塵
In my rough translation the text runs like,
In the East there is only one graceful person
The dimple on her face and a new hairpin is her only treasure
When I send a word to the Queen's Mother on the road
She only hides her face to avoid aromate dust
