Hello im trying to identify the attached seal and painting.? Can anyone help?

Not without a clearer and larger image of the inscription and the two seals there. It's possible this is trying to pass as a Zhang Daqian painting but the photo resolution is too low to read anything

The seal is the following
Zhou Qiuyu-> 迟秋簃

If you know that much, then you too know the painting is attempting to be by Zhang Daqian. So are you trying to get people to offer you money for it? The pictures you posted aren't good enough to show that it is by Zhang, and since you didn't post any better photos, I infer that you aren't confident that it's by Zhang either.

I'm not trying to get anyone to offer money for it. Not sure how you could infer that from this. I was trying to identify the artist and seal and I just recently discovered the artist and seal. The seal seems to be a rare one that was only revealed in a few of his paintings. It was also just recently authenticated. Was curious to know if anyone had a background knowledge of this seal . Just interested know the history of it.

Beside of the romantic 遲秋簃　seal, seemingly seen only by a few initiates, the leisure seal reads,
三湘夢五湖心　-　Sanxiang-meng wuhu-xin - ca. Hunan dream and Donting Lake heart.
Supposed to be rare one, too. I could find only one Zhang Daqian painting with this seal on the net, but even with the best image resolution it was not possible to confirm it without doubt.

Thank you for the information, So how does one confirm true authenticity even if the experts cannot confirm it?

No one on the world would say anything sure from screen pictures, and especially not from bad quality ones ( inscription is totally illegible - we can read only the two seals).
For authentication you have to take your picture to a good gallery in N.Y, Tokyo,
London or H.K, but it is not free of charge !
