Subject:Seto Covered Bowl. Translation Please

Hello All,
I recently purchased this Seto Covered bowl. I have established the mark to the base reads Great Japan made by Kioken Heyza.I am unable to read the inscription That is on the inside of the base, and would appreciate help in that regard. I have been unable to find much information on Kioken Heyza and wonder if anybody knows his dates.
