Hi,
I've had this beautiful painting for many years. I don't know the date of the painting, but I do know it was reframed/rematted in the ~'60s. Please help with the artist stamp & the writing.

The painting is dated 庚辰春 which is equivalent to spring of the year 2000 or 1940. However, judging by the calligraphy, I suggest the 2000 date.

Zhu Liang 朱亮　
Born in 1969 in Wuhan. Graduated from the Arts and Crafts Department of Huazhong Normal University. His representative work "The Panorama of the Three Gorges of the Yangtse River" was bought by Dr. Mundell Robert, Nobel prize winner in economics (1999). A large number of his works have spread overseas.
