Subject:Need Help with Asian characters on traditional painting

Posted By: rat Mon, Aug 26, 2019 Title refers to flowing silvery clouds and rivers. Dated 1979. Can't make out the artist from the inscription, seal is too indistinct to read. No commercial value I think.
