Subject:Japanese lacquer plaque - Yayoi Kusama?

Just came back from an estate sale in the Washington DC area of the estate of retired diplomat and art collector - his wife at age 97 is still alive - God bless her.
Anyway, I bought this lacquer panel in the style Yayoi Kusama, but it’s signed in Japanese.
Any idea of the artist?
Looks to date to around 1970-80’s.
